What are we about?? A lot of laughs, good friends and absolutely fun times....

We have at least two standing events scheduled per month:

First Friday: it's likely to be a happy hour, dinner or even an evening of karaoke,  or listening to some good jazz downtown. It'll always be a public venue - relaxed and easy.

Third Sunday: This is our social "business" meeting event... sometimes held in a local affordable restaurant (we have a wonderful variety in the area) and often held in a member's home. When scheduled in a home, we generally make it a pot luck dinner, where everyone brings a dish to share. These are great comfortable events and generally a lot of fun. We take this opportunity to discuss a small amount of business, and share news of other chapters around the continent.

We do not currently have a social director.... so most of the planning is done committee style. Suggestions for events and activities are strongly encouraged. Anyone's personal interest can make for a fun activity for the club... kayaking, hiking, bowling or miniature golf, are just some examples. There are lots of free or low cost events around town as well: such as concerts, art & craft shows, farmers market, baseball games and art walks. It only costs a little time & research... and the results will be joyful.

Send your suggestions via email to either our Club President: John Hardy or Vice President: Sandy Webber or phone them in to our club hotline:
